app to split video files in 2 exact parts?

Id like to split larger video files I made and send them via email.
the trim function isnt the most precise and after the phone got ran over by a car when it feel out of my holder on my scooter, it doesnt sync on my pc making it very limiting. there are a few files id like to send to my email for archive or to send to others.

any app that the iphone can use to split video files into 2 or 3 equal files I can then later on stitch together?
