App to stop Magic Mouse horizontal scroll

Does anyone make an application that turns off the Magic Mouse horizontal scroll? Other than the terrible placement of the charge port, I like my Magic Mouse except for the sideways movement in Excel. I have a slight tremor and before I know it Excel has moved a bunch of columns sideways. Thank you.

And to disable horizontal scrolling only for specific apps, there is the paid app BetterTouchTool (which can also do a whole lot more).
I disabled it for Excel only:
