App to store personal reviews of products

Hi everyone, I am looking for a database-like program to store information/reviews in. I review beers and would like to make a page/file/note per beer and add a picture to it.. I do not know exactly what to search for in google so I thought I'd ask it here .

I use that product to hold my karate notes.
