App to stream live video to internet?

Hi

Does anyone know any apps out there that can stream live video and audio to the internet so that visitors to my website can see what my webcam is broadcasting?

Ideally I also need to record the stream so users can download it later, like a video podcast maybe?

I don't know about future downloading, but CamTwist + USTREAM should work.
