App to take control on moms mac??

Do you know a good free/low-cost app I can use to take complete control on my moms mac? She is doing okay on the new platform BUT has a long way to go. I think it would be much easier for her to learn by watching me do it, than directions over the phone. She gets mad because she doesn't get it, I get mad because i can't make her understand.. some are simple stuff.. that is easy once you have seen it..

okay thanks.. I was able to open it. On her side it seemed i was controlling it, but couldn't see what i was doing?? is there a special setting i need to make for full access?

You can do Screen Sharing, just enable via System Preferences.

iChat -> screen sharing

+1. Rightclick "Ask to Share Users Screen". This way you can see everything you are doing once she clicks "Yes"

I used this to set up my Moms mac and show her around on it from across the ocean.
