App to toggle LTE to 4G?

Does anyone know of any app that allows me to quickly toggle my iPhone 5 from LTE to 4G or back.

Sorry, my bad.

I am on an non-JB iPhone 5 with the latest Apple iOS.

I looked in the App store and do not see anything.

No, no such toggles are available on stock iphone.
If you were JB you can install the LTE toggle via sbsettings.

Yeah. I figured the OP was JB but the only toggle app I saw was years ago and it was quickly removed from the App store.
