App to upload song into away msg?

Is there an app. that will allow you to upload a song into an "away msg" for adium?

Something along the lines of you click it, and it brings up a little itunes bar ( similar to a website pod cast (IGN.COM) ) and people can listen to it?

You want people to be able to listen to the songs, in streaming format, from your computer to theirs, through instant messaging? I seriously doubt it...

Well, Away messages are just text. You can't put any kind of "program" in them. So there's no way for the Away message directly to contain music.

What you could do is this:

1) Use a program like Nicecast to create a streaming internet radio station that's broadcast from your computer.

2) Open all the relevant software and hardware firewall ports and/or put the computer in the DMZ.

3) Put the URL for the Nicecast broadcast into your away message.

But there are disadvantages:

1) You have to have the port open to the public.

2) Running Nicecast and allowing users to log into your system will affect system performance and your network bandwidth....

In other words, it's technically possible, but not the greatest thing in the world....
