App to view 3G data

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an app that can do one (or both) of these things

1. Show an overview of 3G usage per app (which app uses how much)

2. (even more impotantly) limit which apps are allowed to use 3G when wifi is not available

I have been searchin a lot. I find a lot of apps to monitor your 3G data usage and set limits globally. But none of them can do it per app.
