App to xfer Fav iphone photos

Can anyone suggest a good method to xfer photos tagged as favorite from iphone to something else (like dropbox, google drive, or pc/mac)?

I want to delete all but favorite photos from camera roll but I don't think I can do that in one step. Instead, perhaps I can xfer all favorite photos to my computer, then delete all photos on camera roll, then copy the favs back?
Any thoughts/suggestions would be very much appreciated.
