I have a mbook pro mid 2010, with a 128 gb ssd and a 500 gb sata.
Both disks will be now replaced.
As a startup Samsung evo 850 0.5 TB
And a Samsung M9T of 2TB (in the drive bay)

I want to do a clean install.

Now, please recomend a decent app uninstaller for me
I know I sould have done this manually, but this is just to find the apps I want to keep
and to reinstall on the new ssd

And the most iimportant, my photos, about 300 GB Photos lib all on the sata disk.
How to move this safely onto the new Samsung M9T ?

I know this might seem to bee much work, but i havent done a major cleanup/ reformat since 2005,
I need to do this :)
