App update is completed down

I just came across a problem I have never seen before this morning. I can't update any apps or download any app that was previously bought in the app store. But I can still buy and download new apps from the app store without any problem.

Does anyone else have the same problem and do you know how to fix it?

mine does a strange thing too, i can re download prior apps but it gives me a unable to purchase error first. then a bunch of other apps act like they are "loading" once the app i wanted is done i just go back into the app store and jump a few tabs... all is good again

I did a few more tests and the real problems is:

1. I can't download some specific new apps or updates some specific apps.
2. There are some other apps that can be downloaded or updated without a problem.
3. If an app can't be downloaded or updated, that app can't be downloaded or updated in all my devices including iTunes, iOS devices.
