I have been running on iOS public beta since Nov 2017 and I have experienced the issue a few times with different Apps.
The issue is after I updated an App and the App claimed to have certain new features but I am not able to find it.
Only after some time (I don't have a clear time because I don't check it every day), magically the App's new feature come in.

I met this on Google maps last time when google said they have updated the map's design and after I update i found no design change at all.. after some days (weeks?, I usually only drive during weekend so there might be a week but I can't be sure) I found the re-design appears now.

Also Yahoo Finance! App, in Jan 2018, a guy told me that the newly updated Yahoo Finance App has the feature to show different type of chart (like candle bar). But mine is still plain line chart.
I can't figure out why and I don't find any new update in the App Store for the Yahoo Finance App so I just forgot about it as I was quite busy.
Today when I open the Yahoo finance App again and surprisingly, the "Full Chart" feature automatically pop out...

Since this happened quite a few times already, I am thinking posting here to see anyone has similar experiences.

Have you tried force closing that updated app from the app switcher and re-launch the app to see their new features? I'm actually not seeing that issue on my devices. After updating the apps, I do notice the changes when I bring them out of background.
