I tried to download the new infinity blade update a couple weeks ago, and it said there was not enough space to update. (I still had over 1 gb?) The phone was running sluggish, so I did restored it from my computer. After the restore, I was changing some of my apps around and synced them with the computer, which ended up with the computer trying to push a couple of updates to the phone. One of them was the IB. The other apps updated fine, but the IB app is still on waiting. I have turned the phone off and on, no change. I am worried if I delete and install it again I will lose the saved data.

It should go into the purchased section in iTunes.
If not and it does disappear then lodge an appeal with apple as it should be on your iTunes account too.
