App updates. Cannot update a single app

When a single app shows an update in the App Store it is impossible to perform an update. The UPDATE ALL button does not work unless the is more than one update and there is no other update option.

Verified on several iPads.

Verified on several iPads.

Works on my iPhone, and also there is an 'Update' button next to each app for me. Just updated Facebook and Twitter this morning, so can confirm it is working for me.
