One thing I’ve noticed lately. I will update my apps and the new versions install just fine. Overnight though the new versions seem to rollback to prior versions and the App Store states the app still needs to update again with yesterday’s update. Is anyone else noticing this? Both my iPhone 11 Pro and my 2018 iPad Pro are doing this and have been since iOS 13.x not sure exactly which 13 point version it started with.

I have found it’s best to not install any update until it says it was updated yesterday as anything marked as updated today I have to update twice.

Also noticing the bug that sometimes I have to download an update twice or even more often. What I always do is update, pull to refresh, when it shows up again, update again etc. Usually it works after 2 or 3 times and if not I check some time later to see if it works now (which it luckily until now always did).
