ITunes it is showing I have two apps that need updating, but there are non one my Mac or none on my IPhone. NO UPDATE AVAILABLE.
What is causing this to show updates available when there are none, and how do I get it corrected.

It's because the apps are updated on your phone, but iTunes doesn't have the updated version that your iPhone has. Just update them in iTunes, no big deal.

everything has been update and synced....both itunes and my phone...

Well it makes no sense. Why would iTunes show an update when there is none? It sounds silly. Are you sure the app is updated in ITUNES? It may be updated on your phone but not iTunes.
