App usage shows websites are in use when tabs are closed..

So today i checked my screen time on Mac OS Catalina (10.15.3) and I noticed that some websites I have visited are in use even though the tabs are closed. For example Today's Safari usage time is 1h 5m and App usage list shows fast.com usage time is 1h 5m (same as Safari time) even though I did not use fast.com today.

Are these websites in use in background? Anyone know what's happening ?

And whats "⚙️ com.amazon.Amazon" means in App usage? Which has same app usage time as Safari.
