App which allows web designer to interact with client in realtime?

To be more specific, a client wants to call me to work on a website table and be able to show me real time what she needs fixed etc.

Other than making annotations on a screenshot and emailing it, it there an application that would allow you to make changes or use annotations real time so you can interact with each other while looking at the website?
