App which can show 'download history graph'

Hi,

I am looking for an app which is able to supervise my download traffic over a long time and show me the history like a graph.
Is this possible?


EDIT: I just need the download speed - and in case there is a particular plugin or so, it is for jdownloader.

What about your router?

I once had a Netgear, and it showed me my traffic over the time it was installed in my network.

As for software, have you looked on MacUpdate or Versiontracker yet?

I prefer not having to monitor the router itself and I haven't checked MacUpdate and Versiontracker because I am not sure what to look for
