App with "rock star" animation when a new app is opened

There was an OS X app I had some time ago that, when you opened any app via the dock, an animation would come on the screen with all the other open apps "bouncing" and cheering for the app that opened, in front of a stage with that app's icon on it. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I'd like to find it again.
