I have an app called Alarm Clock HD or something like that. I can delete from my iPhone, but when I go into updates for my apps, it's still there and it says INSTALLING grayed out next to it. It hasn't stopped saying that. How do I get rid of this app from my updates?

Open iTunes and update apps. Connect iPhone and sync. That should update the app on your iPhone through iTunes and remove it from Updates. Then you should be able to delete completely.
