Apparently my 2018 Mac Mini has a card reader?

I don't know if anyone has this on their Mac Mini 2018, and I've meant to post this but didn't have the opportunity.

If I go to System Information (option + click the Apple logo), under "Card Reader", it states this:

Say what??
Where is the card reader? (I'm obviously joking, this Mini has no card reader and I bet this is a bug in the OS).

Has anyone also seen this?

When I check mine, it says "This computer doesn't contain any Apple Internal Memory Card Readers."

I'm running 10.14.3.
 
I'm using 10.14.1, maybe with an OS update it will be fixed? (but it's funny though)
 
ok, clarification
Mac Mini 2018 3.2GHz i7, 8 GB mem, 1 TB SSD
OS 10.14.2
No 10 GB LAN option
And no Card reader
 
FWIW, I've got a Mac mini 2018 3GHz i5, 16 GB mem, and 512 GB SSD and I get the SD card reader, too. And that's running Mojave 10.14.3.

i5, 256GB SSD, 16GB RAM - I have card reader listed too. Clean OS no restore from backup here.
 
My 2018 mini came with Mojave installed (obviously). I used Migration Assistant to bring over my boot disk stuff from my old mid-2010 mini.

I have that listed as well. I did migrate from an iMac with a card reader though.

Mac mini 2018, i5 and 256GB SSD, fresh install without migration from my 2012 model.
I am 100% that the Card Read entry originally said "This computer doesn't contain any Apple Internal Memory Card Readers."
After the last update it says that I DO have an integrated card reader. I am running Mojave in Spanish so this is the evidence:

My thoughts:
What you're seeing is system information loading the -kext- for a card reader.
Having done so, the OS has software for a card reader loaded, but no physical device is present...
