Since Freemyapps has no decent sponsor apps available at the moment, I thought I might introduce another method that works as well.
This is a fairly new site which started in early August. So far they only offer iTunes and Amazon giftcards ranging from $2 to $50.
In their offers tab, download the sponsor apps they have on offer to gain credits.
With the right amount of credits you can swap these credits for giftcards in their rewards tab section like so below.

Reminder: -Like every other giftcard website you must allow them to use your Device ID
-To redeem these giftcards you must have a US Amazon/iTunes account.
