Hi i recently installed and then uninstalled appcleaner. IN my activity monitor i see that "appcleaner daemon" keeps appearing even though i have deleted appcleaner. When i try and quit it it won't go away, and even when i force quit it, it stays sthere. how can i get rid of "appcleaner daemon" from running

Wipe AppCleaner Daemon

The AppCleaner Daemon handles the smartDelete feature (constant check of the trash folder and autoactivate appcleaner.app as son as you put an application)

The easiest way is open appcleaner.app and inside Preferences > SmartDelete, push "Disable SmartDelete" button.

Once it's disabled you can delete appcleaner.app safely.

Hope it helps!
Cheers.
