I may have to return my Apple 12 Pro Max clear case. It seems the iPhone does not sit properly in the case. The lower left corner does not sit down in the case as it should but rides up until the face of the phone is level with the edge of the case. I press that corner of the phone down, but it just pops up again. This means that this corner is not getting any protection from the case, and when you pay $50.00 for a case you want it to work properly.

I do like the case a lot and will return it for another clear case hoping it will work as needed. The only problem is I bought the last one on the shelf at my local Best Buy.

Here the same issue. I returned it. And additionally I have another issue, it seems like in some points of the case, just for remove the iPhone from the case, change the color from transparent to white. It’s like it damaged, but I didn’t rub with anything these days.

I'm hearing about the same issue with the Apple leather cases, with a bottom corner popping out. I just ordered an Apple silicone case, and hope it doesn't have the same problem.

I am having the same problem with a my leather case for Pro Max. Apple is saying they need to receive the old one first before they send me a new one? I dont want to do go caseless. Did they require you to send the old one back first?

Wonder if there was a design change last min. I had an issue with my Caudabe case as well. It didn't fit right. I also have a Spigen case that fits so using that till they send me a replacement case from Caudabe since they said it was an issue with some of the cases.

With my previous phone the 11PM they did make me send in my old one. For this one the lady I spoke too on the phone didn’t want me to go through the trouble of sending old one back. So they definitely made it easier.

Actually I bought mine at Best Buy and returned it there, I ordered a new one from Apple I hope I don’t wind up with the same problem.

Update. I called 1800 My APPLE. They are sending me a free replacement as well! If you have a defective case call and ask to speak with a Sales Support Associate.
