Is it just me or does the cord that goes to the notebook look pretty short? I was thinking of wall mounting the LCD and running the wires around the back of the desk to hide them but it looks like the cord length is going to prevent that.

Apple 24" LED Cinema Display cord length?

After hearing about the new display, I used Apples live help on their website to ask about the length of the cord. They told me it will be six feet long. I was hoping for something longer since I want to use it tethered to my DSLR. I'd love to let my clients watch a shoot and relax on the sofa which would be about ten feet from the main computer.
