Apple 85W Magsafe 2 Power Adapter Model Numbers

Hi - does anyone know the difference between these Magsafe 2 Power Adapters?

MD506LL/A

MC556LL/A

MC556LL/B


They all seem to be for the same model (85W) the information on Amazon just seems to reflect different release date, though I am not sure how accurate it is.

Lastly, does anyone know if Apple can verify based on the serial number authenticity of the chargers?

If you Google them, MC556LL/A & MC556LL/B are both MagSafe 1 NOT MagSafe 2. The A/B refers to the packaging they come in.

MD506LL/A is the MagSafe 2 Adapter there.
