Apple accepts BitTorrent downloading app into App Store

I think the subscription based service that is required to make the app work may have had an influence in Apple allowing this app through.
I suspect that if one makes an app which is nothing but a vanilla bit torrent client (with no real way of tracking the user - not that an account is necessarily a good way of tracking but at least if it is paid one would need to enter CC details?) then Apple will not allow it.
Nevertheless, this is very interesting.
