First of all I don’t know if this is in the right place
I am after a adapter to connect a mini Mac to a Thunderbolt Display does Apple make one see the photo of what I want

What kind of Mac mini do you have? The cable you shared is for connecting a computer with a mini DisplayPort to a monitor with a DVI port.

To connect a Mac mini from 2018 or later to a Thunderbolt Display, you'll need one of these: https://www.apple.com/se/shop/product/MMEL2ZM/A/thunderbolt-3-usb-c-till-thunderbolt-2-adapter

A 2011-2014 Mac mini doesn't require an adapter at all.

Older Mac minis (2010 and earlier) will not work with a Thunderbolt Display.

Thanks for clearing that up
I haven’t got a Mac mini yet but been looking at a 2010 but you say it won’t work
With a Thunderbolt Display
Will go back and look for a late 2012 so I can at least upgrade it

Thunderbolt was first released in 2011, hence why older machine won't work with it. The late 2012 model should work fine with a Thunderbolt Display and is easily upgradable. I have one with a quad i7 that has served me well.
