For $2.49 you can get a song and its video from the iTunes Music Store.

Apple has added a new feature to the iTunes music store. A new area has been established that allows the purchase of a Music/Video combo for $2.49 or either a song for $0.99 US or its video for $1.99. When purchased as a combo, you save $0.50. Overall, a great deal.

That's been around for a while. It's what Apple call a "Vingle." There haven't been many but they've definitely been there before, I remember seeing a Pussycat Dolls one advertised on the AU iTMS just after it opened so that was probably November or December last year.
