iOS Apple affiliate program revenue?

Has anyone here tried using the Apple affiliate program to spread around or gain additional revenue from an iOS app?

We see a small steady stream, but nothing really exciting. It is a good avenue to get exposure for your app though. Promote it for customers who can provide additional visibility, but don't expect to retire from the additional revenue.
