Apple airpods battery bugged or broken?

I only got like 30 minutes of playtime before it plays the low battery sound. And they werent even aswell left one is 11% while the right one is 42%

But after plugging them back in the charging case for like 5 minutes and checked again they are both 100% lol whats wrong with them?

Im on ios 12.1.2 JB
 
Which generation are you talking about 1st Gen or 2nd Gen? Also when did you purchase these? It's possible that if you had it more than 2 years, your batteries are likely failing and needs to be replaced.

Last Year march. and they are the 1st gen.
