Apple Airport Express Range Extending

I would just like to say that the Apple Airport Express is by far the coolest piece of technology I have ever encountered. This product has so many awesome features and has really made my home wireless network much bettter. I reviewed the product here at my site.

Airport Expresss Review

Does anyone know if it is possible to extend the range of a non-Airport Extreme wireless network with the Airport Express. I have tried extending my non Airport Extreme network, but have not noticed any results.

Yeah I have an express just to stream via AirTunes. I think you can extend a non apple network but it will be more involved in settings.
