I made an addition on my house and the reception in the new area is weak, can I purchase two MB763LL/A wifi units and then have them talk to each other (I can run a cable between the two units if that speeds up the network, currently the sheetrock is not installed on the addition).

Warm regards,
David Cappell

Using the AirPort Admin Utility to create a WDS network with multiple base stations

it shows base stations, but you can easily use the Airport Express as a relay unit.

Just configure it next to you, and then you can walk around and plug it into further outlets until it loses the signal then back up to the last working one.

Note: I had some trouble since the easy, auto config failed, and if I would forget to keep the channel the same I'd lose the relay when playing with the settings. Manual install can be done, just more stuff to write down and copy to the relay.
