I sent an email off to Apple a couple of days ago, and I included a .jpg attachment. I got a message back saying that jpegs are not allowed. However, the message came from "Norton AntiVirus for Microsoft Exchange". It seems weird to me that Apple would be using MS Exchange on their servers. Or is it just me?

I sent my email to an @asia.apple.com address. Looking at the From address, it's @man.ph.sykes.com - maybe this is Apple Asia's upstream provider? I just tried doing a traceroute to it, and it says that address doesn't exist! And I tried traceroute asia.apple.com and that apparently doesn't exist either
