Apple apps and access to Camera and Microphone

Hello,

With Mojave PB3 it looks like Apple forgot to give itself access to the Camera and Microphone.
Third party apps ask for access and then all works but for example FaceTime and PhotoBooth do not ask for access and do not get control of the camera/microphone.

Does anyone else experience these problems? Is there a workaround?
