Apple Arcade: Game Performance on older iPads?

I am currently using it on an iPad Mini 5, synced to a PS4 controller. Both work great. Battery life takes a hit, obviously, but couldn't be more pleased. I feel like this is the natural step with gaming in the future.

How well do these games run on older iPad hardware? I guess I could try the 10.5" Pro myself, but wanted other feedback. iPhone 6s? SE? iPad Air 2?

Still can't believe that console quality games can be played on such a thin device with little to no issues!
