Apple at Home team managers?

Any of you guys on here? I just recently applied for a position (7 years of contact center management including managing teams of remote reps) and was wondering how long it usually takes to hear back from a recruiter as well as the hiring process. I've read through endless amounts of information regarding the process for the apple at home employees but there's little to no information about the management process.

They usually contact you within a week to interview with recuiter.. during that interview they will tell you if you will have a second interview or not.
