Apple/at&t? and quick question! help!

Ok so i didnt get one this morning, I went to an at&t store. I checked online at an apple store an hour from me and it says they will have them in stock tomorrow. I have no idea about the at&t store 10 minutes from my house about tomorrow......which one should I go to??

Also will Apple stores be opening at their normal business hours tomorrow, or still 8am??
