I ordered a gold 64gb at 2:03am on the 20th, and I still haven't been billed and the order is still showing as processing... It's almost the 23rd. My shipping date still says 7-14 October... What's going on here!?

Great minds think alike. I just started an Australian orders thread too. I'm in the same boat. Ordered as soon as the site went live. Still processing items. Any others in the same boat?
