Apple Back to School 2013 Promo Event?

Uhm, I'm new around here and I'm wondering if anyone knows when Apple will announce their 2013 Back to School Promo. I'm hoping it's within the next week and a half because that's when I was going to buy my laptop.

Also does anyone know WHAT the promo is? And if you do can you supply proof?

What makes it bad is that he posted in one of those other threads not long before starting another thread.
