hi everyone. I'm considering getting the apple smart battery case for he iPhone 7.
Just had some questions

How does the case hold up over time?
Does the silicone start to wear off with the chipping?
I know the top portion of the case is looser than other portions...does that stay in tact?

Does anyone have any pictures of the wear and tear on the case thus far?

My iPhone 6S Smart Battery case held up for over a year, but some sort of top coat on the case material rubbed off over time on the corners and other wear areas. The case also has little chunks missing from tumbles onto concrete. However, it still functions, gives me double battery life, and protects the phone well. I sometimes put the case on charge separately from the phone if the case has run downall the way but my phone is still at 100%. It's almost like having swappable batteries in the iPhone.

I've since upgraded to a 7 Plus which has a larger battery and eliminates the need for a battery case for me.
