Apple today started selling several new multi-device charging accessories from OtterBox and Zens for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods. The accessories are currently available for shipping in early to mid-December.

OtterBox's new 2-in-1 power banks

OtterBox's new 2-in-1 power bank with MagSafe can wirelessly charge an iPhone at up to 15W speeds and also has an Apple Watch magnetic puck with fast charging support for the Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, and Ultra. Priced at $149.95, the power bank has a foldable design that allows an iPhone or Apple Watch to charge in an upright or flat position, and the MagSafe charger can also charge an AirPods case. A built-in USB-C port provides up to 20W charging for other devices with an included 0.5-meter cable.

A more basic 2-in-1 power bank for the Apple Watch has also been released by OtterBox. Priced at $49.95, this version has an Apple Watch magnetic puck and a USB-C port for 15W charging of another device with an included 0.5-meter cable.

The final new option from OtterBox is a multi-mount MagSafe power bank for $149.95 that can be used as a power bank, iPhone stand, or car vent mount.

As for Zens, the brand has a new 60W wired charging stand with a USB-C port for iPads or the MacBook Air available for $79.95, along with modular 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 wired/wireless charging stands for $149.95 and $179.95, respectively.

Both of the modular stands have built-in MagSafe for the iPhone, a wireless charging pad for AirPods, and a 30W USB-C port for iPads or the MacBook Air, while the 4-in-1 option includes an Apple Watch magnetic puck extension. Zens says its latest charging stands are made from recycled plastics, but to what extent was not specified.

Some pretty nice looking options. But that first one is not ideal if you have a solo loop band on the watch. It's only usable if you take the band off the watch every night before charging.

The Apple Watch charging puck is on a pivot, so you would be able to slide a solo braided loop or link bracelet / Milanese Loop under it. I expect it would not lie flat, however, but that should not impact charging.

These prices…
My phone lays on the plain MagSafe charger at night and my AW lays on its side with the standard puck (done this for 7 years now).
Doesn’t look nice but works perfectly… but, to each their own

These new options look quite nice. i want some thing in addition to the duo

Got one from Amazon UK (3in1, with additional usb port and a night light for 40£). Looks and works like a dream.

For my watch I have this silly little silicone stand that I slide the standard Watch charger into that I bought for $10. It’s so nice all my relatives want one and are getting them for Christmas. My phone uses a relatively inexpensive 3rd party flat charging puck that I paid $11 for (No, it’s not fast charging, but I don’t really need that when my phone sits on the charger all night). That’s $21 for charging options that would work for 95% of all users. The prices for these fancy-pants chargers are insane.

That 4-in-1 is everything I've always wanted for my nightstand, but it looks like it has speckles of dust all over it. AND FOR THAT REASON I'M OUT. Also the price is kinda crazy for what looks like cheap plastic.

I feel like at some point the iPad will add wireless charging, and when that happens, I'm going to put my woodworking skills to use (and my 3D printer) to make something cool.

Yes why is it always $150 just to charge two devices. I don't even want to know what AirPower would have cost if it didn't disappear into the vapor
Excellent question I don’t understand the pricing on these at all. I ordered two similar chargers for our nightstands through Amazon for around $45 that are 3 in 1 charging stand with LED lamp and alarm clock functions for around $45 each.

They are plastic but have decent weight and stability and most importantly, successfully charge our Apple Watch, phone and AirPods and included a power brick sufficient to do all three simultaneously.

I’d love a more attractive metallic design but the ones we received in white are fine by me.

I'm still waiting for an AirPower. Are we ever going to see it being released from Apple?

Would have been nice to see...

I'm wondering why they never made a MagSafe version of it? Especially with MagSafe added to the AirPods now. The MagSafe Duo is only good for 2 devices. This would be better.

The functionality of the Zens 4 in 1 looks great, great to have landscape charging of the watch also.

I'm just worried about the dust factor in that design--although with the weird flecks it looks like it's pre-dusted.

The Belkin and other shiny plastic alternatives can just snap and break (try removing the inserted watch charger if you need to flatten the 3 in 1 for travel, say).

That said, $230 CAD for a 4 in 1 charger is kind of out there. It better work perfectly at that price.

Sorry but I am fairly done with the overpriced charging solutions.

That said I did buy one of the Scosche Base Lynx modular systems (comes in white/grey or black) and the nice thing about it is a watch charger, a phone charger, and 3 USB ports (1 C) and slots for iPads / phones. Plus since it is modular you can add another section if you need it. At $110 not a bad buy. Looks great too.

The ones you have aren't MagSafe, though.
