Solid deals on TVs are always expected on Black Friday, and today is no different. Below we've rounded up a few TV deals from Best Buy and B&H Photo, specifically for TV sets that support HomeKit and AirPlay 2.

You can pick up an LG CX 65” for $1896 + $47-$50 instant discount + 10% back into your Prime card if you have access to a prime account and the store card and you happen to catch the Ships and Sold by Amazon offer.

Coupled with selling off my old 55” plasma for $200, I’ll be picking it up for a true total of about $1600. Not bad for one of the best TVs in history atm.

What's the point in a HomeKit TV? Why not buying a cheap 4k TV at Walmart and with the HUGE savings, get an Apple TV?

Actually I've always been confused on HomeKit TV's. I see you can turn it on and off and switch inputs. Put an apple TV on any TV and it will do that and you can hav the AppleTV interface and quality. I'm sure I'm missing something.

We got the LG 43” at Best Buy earlier this month for a better price during their pre-Black Friday sale than their actual Black Friday sale. And my experience yesterday waiting (and finally giving up until later this week) to pick up an iPad we got on sale makes me glad we got the tv earlier. As the others said, Homekit support is limited to turning it off (can't even turn it on with Homekit) or changing the inputs. Ended up getting a Roku Ultra to replace their built-in WebOS interface and the tv is now a dumb one. Didn't pay any extra for the smart tv features anyway, so no loss at all.

I can power on/off and switch inputs with my Homekit enabled Sony TV.

The Sony X900h supports ATSC 3.0. That's the only one on my to purchase list right now, as I still watch mostly OTA broadcasts. ATSC 3.0 supports 4k OTA. @liberte1776
