Apple Bluetooth Keyboard won't sync.

This is referring to the older model.

No matter what I do, I can't get the Bluetooth Setup Utility to discover my Apple Bluetooth keyboard. It worked great for 9 months so I'm not sure what went wrong. I've changed the batteries and all those things you might think of doing.
