iPhone Apple Books bugs

So I’m having problems with Apple Books in iOS 13 beta 3 with my iPhone XS Max.

Most of the time when I try to select text to highlight or copy, the selected text range disappears and I get randomly highlighted text; which disappears when the book is reloaded. This copy/highlight bug seems to only affect my iPhone, not my iPad.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I see such ocassionally, indeed only on iPhone. Various other issues also only on iPhone, still with latest iOS as of today. Maybe Books was rewritten in iOS 12 without much work since. Who knows. App is nearly unusable for me, only on iPhone. Perhaps file a bug and more attention may speed up fixes.
