Despite the cosmetic changes, does the new Apple Books for iPad maintain your libraries, and still allow importing of non-DRM epubs, etc?

Thanks!
 
Table of contents and "pages in chapter" broke again for some of my epubs. Re-downloading from iCloud fixes it though.
