I recently switched to a USB-C iPhone some I'm sort of in the process of updating my chargers and cables.

I'm considering the 35W Dual USB-C charger. From where that sits on the floor to my nightstand, the shorter 1m cable is just about enough. But if I want to use my iPhone while in bed, I'd need a longer cable. I'm trying to stick with Apple branded stuff since I like their quality better than many years ago.

I thought they had a 2m cable that wasn't so thick. I don't need 240W (what would that even be used for?). I have one of these cables already for my MBP.

I guess I could get an Anker cable but I wanted to see what else Apple had to offer. And now that I think about it, I'm not much in a hurry. I have a USB-A to USB-C I'm using that slow charges but it gets the job done. And I don't have an Apple Watch so I don't need that 2nd port right now.

I prefer the longer cables as I can use the phone in bed as you do. You could try the Beats USB C - USB C 1.5 m woven cable (I have Bolt Black). It is slightly shorter than the Apple 2m cable. Some people from the office also have the Beats cable and they are very happy with it, as am I.
