I like Apple branded cables because they are super thin and flexiable unlike cheapies that feels like a wooden stick. Anyone know where I can get a FW 800 to 400 "white, ultra thin" FW cable like the ones from Apple. I looked at Belkin, but I can't find them locally to see it in person. Anyone has one and would like to share your thoughts?

FW 800 to 400 , not 400 to 400.

That was a pretty rude comment.... I don't know why I am helping you....

I have no idea who make the cables, but with the MBP having a FW800 cable, assumed that apples website might have what you were looking for.... and low and behold.... http://store.apple.com/us/product/TP320LL/A?fnode=MTY1NDA3Ng&mco=MTUzODg

Not apple, but is as close as you probably will get. You might give it a little, I am sure that apple will come out with one.......

Thanks for your help. I didn't mean to be rude, just wanted to point out the details.

I know Belkin makes one, but its not as flexible & thin as the Apple branded ones. I hope Apple will make one soon.
