For those of us in the UK about to get an iPhone, and possibly the BT headset, just how comfortable is it and does anyone recommend getting some sort of in-ear adaptor to fit over the earpiece so it doesn't fall out of your ear ?

I can't stand the normal iPod headphones so worried in case the BT earpiece is from the same mould.

i'm not from the UK but I've had trouble finding alternate pads to slip on the apple bt headset. The jabra ones work but they are huge, bulky and fugly.

The good thing about the BT headset however is that even though it's shape is similar to the iPod buds, the rim is rubber coated so it's a bit more comfortable and the little black foam pads pretty much prevent it from falling out of my ear.
